One board everyone can trust

The problem isn't taking bookings. It's making sure everyone knows what's booked.

Marker gives your venue one live booking board that staff, clubs and the public can all see and trust. Stop emailing PDFs, updating whiteboards and answering the same question all day.

Proven in council centres. Built for any space you share.

Sound familiar?

The same booking questions. The same chaos. Every day.

01

"Is the hall free on Tuesday?"

You answer it at the counter, on the phone and by email, over and over. Marker puts the answer on a board everyone can check themselves before they ask.

02

"The whiteboard's wrong again."

Paper run-sheets, PDFs and whiteboards are out of date the moment a squad moves. Marker updates the second you do, on every screen at once.

03

"Two clubs booked the same court."

Double-bookings happen when everyone works off a different copy. With one shared board, staff, clubs and the public all see the same thing.

What changes for you

Less admin. Fewer double-bookings. No more repeat questions.

Every one of these came from running real venues through real seasons, from carnival weeks and tournaments to shutdowns and last-minute changes.

Stop answering "is it free?" all day

Everyone sees the same live schedule on their own phone, with no login and no app. Clubs and the public check before they call.

Clubs manage their own bookings

Each club, tenant or team gets a code and looks after only its own slots. Far less admin lands on your desk.

No more booking by email

Groups request online and requests wait as pending until you approve. You stay in control, your inbox stays clear.

Close the whole venue in seconds

Carnival, public holiday or shutdown: block every space at once and set it to repeat. No reissuing a timetable.

Set the season once

Weekly patterns fill the board on their own. Change a single day without touching the rest of the term.

Tell everyone at once

Close a space with a public reason, or post a notice like changed hours. Everyone sees it the moment you post.

Use cases

One board, wherever space gets shared.

If more than one group uses the same rooms, courts, desks or lanes, and someone has to keep it straight, Marker is the board that keeps everyone honest. Here is the same product, dressed for six different rooms.

How it works

From request to live board, automatically.

No email chains, no phone tag, no whiteboard. One flow, and everyone stays in the loop. Every board is set up bespoke for your venue.

Clubs check the live board

Stakeholders see real availability online before they ask.

They submit a request

Straight from the board, with their access code. No email needed.

The manager approves

Requests wait as pending until staff say yes. You stay in control.

The board updates

The public board changes the moment it's approved. One source of truth.

Everyone's notified

The club, the staff and the public board all see the same thing.

Live online for all to see

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What counts as a venue?

One physical site with its own board, such as a pool, a hall, a sports centre or a coworking floor. Add more venues to the same account whenever you need them.

Do the people booking need an account?

No. The public board is open to anyone with the link, with no login and no app. Only your staff sign in to edit, and each group you invite gets a simple access code for its own bookings.

Can I use Marker for something other than pools?

Yes. Marker works for any bookable space: courts, rooms, desks, studios, bays or lanes. If more than one group shares it and someone has to keep it straight, Marker can run it.

How does getting started work?

We build your board with you, tailored to your venue: your spaces, your booking types and your branding. You are involved throughout, and you can change anything later.

Can I put my own branding on it?

Yes. Your logo and colours sit on the board on every plan, so it looks like part of your own site rather than someone else's tool.

What is Founding Member Pricing?

We are releasing 100 lifetime licences at $99 while Marker gets established. A licence covers one venue, for life, with every future feature included. When the 100 are gone, this pricing is gone.

Can councils pay by invoice?

Yes. Councils and larger sites can be invoiced annually instead of paying by card. Just mention it when you get in touch and we will sort it out.
